Sick of my verbage?

I thought we could kick off the dog days of summer
with a dark children's picture book I made in 2006, called
Pound Cake. This book was made to fold out, as you can see below.
But that doesn't translate very well to the Web, so I scanned the pages
individually. The story is based on a dream I had, and the medium is
pencils on card stock.

  1. I think the jacket cover is my favorite part!! Is it drawn or is it true grommet and denim/corderoy (I know, my spelling is horrendous!!)?

  2. Just the title is drawn. The cover was made from a cut-off cargo pants pocket.
